I want to know whose fault this is.

If it's your fault, please fix it, then slap yourself.

Google Maps has not been working properly in Safari since the 10.3.9 update.


Update...
Temporary fixes:
1. Use Firefox.
2. Enable the Safari Debug menu*, and change your user agent to Windows MSIE 6.0.

*After quitting Safari, type the following command in Terminal: defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1
To disable the menu, type: defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 0

Update update...
Google Maps is working again with the same version of Safari.
