That "Junior Row" made me a little crazy about parking

Abstract:

Wysz heads out into the streets of Baltimore at 3 AM in search of a better parking space.

Body:

I just left my apartment at 3 AM so I could move my car to a better parking space. Call me crazy, but I got a better space. One of these days I'll get around to buying a spot in a garage, but for now, I'm saving $152 per month.
