What if your balance is $9,999.50?
From my bank:
Annual Percentage Yield (APY) effective as of 3/28/08 on tiers $0-$9,999 and $10,000 and above.
At first I thought, “So it applies to everyone.” But then I realized there are 99 values where it may not.
I bet they round off any money in that small range and move it into a separate account without you even knowing…kinda like what they did in Superman 3
