		<description>Yeah, the amount of effort required to seriously run Linux has sort of kept me away as well.  It&#039;s great for web server, though.  

You might want to check out a Live CD like Knoppix (http://www.knoppix.net/).  All you have to do is download it, burn a CD, then reboot from the CD.  Then you can play around with it all you want.</description>
