Broken Apple 17" Studio Displays listing

A fellow display owner recently emailed me and suggested that we compile a list of the broken displays, noting the model, serial number, and year of manufacture, so we can give this information to Apple. If you have a broken display and would like to help out, please email the requested information to wysz@mac.com. Even if you have already submitted your serial number to the petition or the discussion thread (unless you put it in the thread after 9-10-04), please email me so we can have a central list.

When looking at the back of the monitor, the serial number is located directly below the ADC cable, in black type above a barcode. The model number and year of manufacture is written in white lettering to the left of the serial number. Here is the list so far:
