Speaking of Hopkins not being able to keep its records straight


Abstract:
This happened before HOTW, so I probably haven't told you about it yet.

Body:
During the first few months of my freshman year, I received a bill from our telecom services charging me a $10 "activation fee," even though I had not signed up for their service. Each month, I would call them and they would claim to have canceled my account. They finally stopped sending the bill.

Oh, and after months of getting junk mail from Citi 2-3 time a week, I've finally canceled those two credit cards that the Vocal Chords made me sign up for. Hopefully they won't send me any more junk after the "confirmation letters" I'm supposed to receive next week.
