Your iTunes Affiliate Application Status
Abstract:
Ouch! Rejection.
Body:
Dear Michael
Wyszomierski:
We regret to inform you
that iTunes has chosen not to accept your application for the iTunes Affiliate
Program at this time. This may be
because:
-- The content is unrelated to
iTunes
Well, it
would
be if I thought I could make some cash off of it. And didn't they read all of my
entries about the Pepsi giveaway?
--
Your site is temporarily down or under construction ¿-please make sure to
apply again after 2 weeks.
Hmm,
maybe they checked during an update. And what's with the question mark/dash
thing?
-- A wrong or misspelled URL
given in the application. Please correct the problem and apply
again.
Nope, checked my LinkShare
account and it was correct.
-- Your
site is aesthetically
unpleasing
Hey! Eh, I guess this
is a good excuse to change the colors of the index page. And I guess I should
change the title bar from "Home of the Wysz. Nobody's home. Please go
away."
-- Your site promotes tobacco,
alcoholic beverages or excessive drinking/drug
use
I'm MICHAEL
WYSZOMIERSKI.
-- Your site contains
extreme religious
content
Where?
--
Your site is international (with a majority of visitors based OUTSIDE the US. or
written in a foreign language)
I
have yet to hear from an international visitor, and I'm pretty sure that English
is our official language. Perhaps I should try
Ebonics.
If any of the above
problematic criteria can be resolved, we look forward to your
reapplication.
I'll see what I
can do, and yes, I will reapply.
