If I did this correctly, you should now be seeing
Google Ads on this page! I have started with the blog pages and the home page,
and will be adding the code to the rest of the site shortly. I went with
text-only ads for the blog, but am allowing images on the other pages in hopes
of getting more cash.
I'm not quite
sure what I'm going to do about the search thing. I thought I could have a site
search (the pages within homepage.mac.com/wysz) but it can only restrict
searches to a specific domain. I'll get me one of those someday. So, if you see
a Google web search thing popping on and off, that's just because I keep
changing my mind.
If anyone finds the
color/placement/layout of the ads distracting, let me know and I'll see what I
can do. And if the image ads are too annoying, let me know and I might
reconsider. I'm just doing my part to make Google a ubiquitous aspect of the
Internet.
