Bill just walked in wearing a suit. Frat guys dressing up is just like when athletes do it. Doesn't quite work. This is the same man who earlier today repaired his sneakers with duct tape. You know what, while we're making fun of Bill, I just have to say that listening to him sing is like Strong Mad attempting to perform opera.
