So This Is Pittstown


Abstract:
Isn't it funny how you drive over 100 miles home, but nobody in your family wants to make the journey from the couch to the door to let you in, even though they know your hands are full and your key doesn't always work?

2005 isn't really a big step. Some years take some getting used to, but you don't hear people saying, "I can't believe it's 2005!" 2005 is more like, "Oh, it's Thursday."

I get a kick out of this sign every time I pass it, and finally took a picture today. I still need to get a shot of that crazy rocket thing leaning against the phone booth in Doylestown. Now that I think about it, that may be the only phone booth in Doylestown.

I also passed a toilet lying on the side of the road with a sign that read:
FREE
FULL FLUSH
