"The next person who talks will get a zero for their class participation
grade."
Abstract:
Yes, sir! Umm, ma'am. Sorry. Actually, I'm
not.
Body:
Same T.A. as the first post. First of all, the
quote is pretty funny because it contradicts itself. She said this while
absolutely nothing was
happening in class. The professor was off to
the side talking to someone, and the lecture hadn't even
started.
I want to know how a student
in this class has a chance of getting more than a zero anyway, considering
neither the T.A.'s nor the professor know our
names.
I don't even agree with the idea
of a class participation grade in most cases. Mine was never good for any class.
A lot of students with good participation grades sure talk a lot, but (you know
where I'm going with this) don't say
anything.
