Plastic Bag-Wearing Hoodlums


Abstract:
Hoodlums who wear plastic bags, not plastic hoodlums who wear bags.

Body:
• 321 E. University Pkwy. May 1, 7:30 PM. Community resident spoke to a senior undergraduate about the loud music coming from his vehicle. Two senior undergraduates, shouting and wearing plastic bags, ran from the vehicle into residence. Baltimore police responded. Complaint abated.
