A phone call. And it's a quote because I'm tired of complaining.

I called Amazon a few minutes ago, and after giving my full name, email address, last 5 digits of my credit card, credit card expiration date, favorite color, and billing address, I was allowed to ask my question.

Instead of writing it out, I'll let you listen to a very edited version of the call. I didn't edit to change meaning; I simply masked my personal information and made the call a lot shorter by cutting out pauses and ASIN numbers. Click here to listen.
