They sure know how to put on a show


I read about the delivery of the 20th Anniversary Macintosh.

Remember the 20th Anniversary Mac (and then all the flat screen knock-offs that appeared a few years later)? As you may know, it originally retailed for $10,000, but I just read (and I'm not claiming this is true) that this initial price included a pretty cool delivery. The Mac would arrive at your home in a limo, and a man in a tuxedo would set it up for you. I look forward to something similar next week when they deliver my copy of Panther.
