UPS at JHU

Doesn't anyone here know when they're supposed to be open? I walked across two quads carrying 50 DVD's that I need to ship. The shipping center is supposed to be open until 4:00, and I got there well before then (I'm already back and it's only a few minutes past), but whoever was working there decided to leave early and close the window.
