They&#8217;re often rough around the edges, but the customer service is almost always better than an average more established company. Not to say that <a href=\"http:\/\/wysz.com\/wyszdom\/2011\/07\/amazon-perfume\/\">big companies<\/a> can&#8217;t have <a href=\"http:\/\/wysz.com\/wyszdom\/2010\/11\/unsolicited-refund\/\">great customer service<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight&#8217;s example: I sent an email to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pathjoy.com\/\">Pathjoy<\/a> customer support. I received a reply with a resolution from the CEO in 16 minutes on a Saturday night. It&#8217;s hard to beat that.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love giving startups a try.
