If you’re trying to send non-AT&T email on AT&T DSL and you’re getting error messages, contact customer support and ask them to open port 25. That is all. 🙂

that’s silly.
The question is, how long do you have to wait to talk to a customer support agent?
I used the chat feature, got someone right away but there were delays of up to a minute or so between replies. Wasn’t that bad.
